HITSS HAPPY HOUR AT CENTURY HOTEL
Last October, as a result of positive respond from our clients, HITSS conducted another HAPPY HOUR session. It was held at the Century Hotel, Jakarta Selatan on the 21st October 2010 to be exact. In this occasion we
had a talk show and we invited special guest speaker and partner Mr. Budi Isman where he shared with us his personal experience in driving business transformation in Coca Cola and Sari Husada. The need to transform, driving the transformation itself and overcoming resistance to change were among the topics that were discussed. Participants also shared their experience with other guests followed by Q&A session. “It is good experience sharing by speaker by using actual cases” and “Speaker and the materials are very enlightening” were some of the feedback we received from the participants.
A great buffet spread and opportunity to build professional network set the tone to our Happy Hour – good food and good company. Just to make it more fun, we also gave out door prizes and some of our guests went home with books that will help them in becoming better business leaders. Last but not least from this program was free consultation. Participants had one-on-one discussion with our consultants regarding people and/or organization issues in their respective company
