Ismaila Tyastanto
Founder & Managing Director
A Human Resource practitioner with over 25 years of experience. Including in her experience is exposure to a development assignment in Mobil Oil’s Headquarter in the United States and as a member of the Asia Pasific HR Redesigning Team. Her last position was Compensation & Benefit Administration Manager of Mobil Oil Indonesia in Jakarta (now Exxon Mobil) until 1996. She is a Certified Compensation Professional from American Compensation Association in 1994 and is also known as a Facilitator and HR Consultant. In 2002, she was appointed as the Chairman of Human Resources Indonesia Club (HRIC) an HR Association with over 1000 members in Indonesia.

Etty Iqbal
Joined the company in 1998, after 17 years as Compensation & Benefits Analyst with Mobil Oil Indonesia in Jakarta. As a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, she has handled salary & benefit administration and compensation analysis of national and expatriates employees. Currently she is responsible for our HR Outsourcing Services, handling clients in Jakarta and outside Jakarta.

Farida Bahar
Prior to her engagement with us, she was the Payroll & Administration Manager of Deutsche Bank, Jakarta. Her 25 years experience in the HR Division of Deutsche Bank includes outsourcing, recruitment & selection, industrial relations and payroll administration. She is currently handling our HR Outsourcing Services for Jakarta and outside Jakarta areas

Magda E. Harahap
After graduating from Long Island University, New York, USA, with a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology, she worked in Advertising and Public Relations with leading multinational as well as local Advertising and PR agencies in Jakarta. She was also assigned as Corporate Public Relation with a major bank. Magda has facilitated in many seminars, workshop and in house training. Since 1997 she lectures at one of the leading school of Public Relations and Advertising in Jakarta. As a Training Consultant, she is working with many corporations to develop and execute people development.

Hadi Sudarto
Having been working in the banking industry for more than 10 years, he was then employed by Indonesian Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) and in charge in various functions, such as Loan Work Out, Credit Reviewer, Marketing and Customer Care. He is currently our Business Development Manager.

Febria Yunita
She is a Psychologist, and currently is our Recruitment Coordinator for our Outsourcing Services. Her responsibility includes selecting data source, applied psychological test, interviewing, preparing assessment report and maintaining our data bank and sources.
